The City of Headland will hold a public hearing in the community room of city hall Aug. 4 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose is to solicit citizens’ opinions on the city’s plans to apply for ADECA Land and Water Conservation funding for construction of a recreational walking trail at Douglas Park.
