Kilgore's Roundabout PLantation Golf Course is a Par 72, 18 Hole, 6,769 Yard Links Style Course. This spectacular course has: 5 lakes and Tif Eagle greens. Call for specials and tee times. Walk-Ins are welcomed and they do have banquet facilities.

This is a beautiful course with much variety. It is family owned and operated. The front nine is short and has small greens, while the back nine is longer and has larger greens. The flat terrain makes this an ideal course for walkers. There are only a couple of sand bunkers and grass bunkers on the course, but there are water hazards that come into play on the first three holes of the back nine. Designed by Luke & Mark Scott

Located in the southeast corner of Alabama, Highland Oaks features some of the longest and most classically designed holes on the Trail. Highlands, the core nine, is relatively open, with several lakes in play. The peninsula green at the par 3 sixth has an elusive, beckoning quality.

Highland Oaks has played host to notable events such as the 1999 NIKE Tour Championship, 2000 Buy.com Tour Championship, and the 2001 Golf Channel Drive, Chip & Putt Regional Finals.

The famed golf course architect, Willard Byrd wove 18 links-style holes into the gently rolling countryside, giving each its own breathtaking view of the surrounding woodlands. Lush green Tif 419 fairways contrast with the golden long Bahia rough leading to huge Tif Dwarf Bermuda greens filled with subtle breaks. Gracious round traps dot the entire course lending additional definition to the setting. As you finish #10, climb to the top of the hill behind the green where two large pecan trees and an ancient pear tree grow and turn back toward the tee. You will be graced by one of the prettiest golf vistas in the country. Golf Digest ranked George T. Lakepoint Resort State Park's 18-hole championship caliber golf course is open seven days a week. Tee times are recommended on weekends and holidays. The Club House offers shower/bathroom facilities and includes a Pro Shop which sales golfing apparel, golfing supplies as well as snacks and drinks. A practice putting green and a driving range is located near the Club House. The Pro Shop is open Mon. - Fri. from 8-6 and Sat. and Sun. from 7-6.
