ORDINANCE NO. 7-2024

THIS ORDINANCE SHALL PERMIT THE SALE OF SECONDHAND, USED OR SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF HEADLAND UNDER SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS HEREIN SET FORTH; TO PROVIDE DEFINITIONS FOR CLARITY, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT AND A FEE THEREFORE AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FORTHE VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE.

ORDINANCE NO. 4-2024

THE CITY OF HEADLAND INTENDS TO SATISFY THE DESIRES OF ITS CONSTIUTUENTS TO ALLOW ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF TRANSPORTATION ON CERTAIN CITY OWNED STREETS WITHIN THE CITY'S JURISDICTION. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORDINANCE IS TO PROVIDE A UNIFORM SET OF GUIDELINES OUTLINING THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE USE OF LOW SPEED VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF HEADLAND.

ORDINANCE NO. 4-2023

IN SUPPORT OF FURTHERANCE OF ITS FINDINGS AND DETERMINATION THAT THE HISTORICAL, CULTURAL AND AESTHETIC HERITAGE OF THE CITY OF HEADLAND IS AMONG ITS MOST VALUED AND IMPORTANT ASSETS AND THAT THE PRESERVATION OF THIS HERITAGE IS ESSENTIAL TO THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 12-2007 OF THE HEADLAND CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD AN ARTICLE TO ESTABLISH A NAICS CODE, OPERATING STANDARDS AND DEFINITIONS FOR MOBILE FOOD UNITS OPERATING WITHIN THE CITY OF HEADLAND, ALABAMA AND TO PROVIDE FOR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
