In an effort to formulate a uniform plan for the city's future, the Headland City Council recently contracted with the KPS Group of Birmingham to devise a comprehensive plan for growth. A number of public meetings have already been held and more are scheduled, but KPS last week forwarded chapters one and two of the plan to the city. The public is invited to study the document and comment to the council at a regularly scheduled meeting or at the next public meeting with KPS. That time will be posed on this site and in local newspapers.
