About Kim Roland:

A Dothan native, Kim is a graduate of Northview High School.  Prior to working at Headland Municipal Court, she was a dental assistant for approximately 25 years.  She was hired in 2012 as the Municipal Court magistrate and has since graduated the AMCCA magistrate certification program.  Kim is married to husband, Michael Roland, and has three boys:  Max, Jake, and Ryan.  She and her husband have lived in Headland for eight years are very involved in the community via the city's Recreation Board, Pee Wee football, and baseball.
