MAYOR'S WELCOME
It’s a great time to be from Headland, Alabama. On behalf of the Headland City Council and the city’s residents, let me welcome you to this site and soon, we hope, to visit us.
Headland grew from the timberlands of southeast Alabama into a progressive community which combines the worth ethics of the past with the optimism of the future. It is a town populated by happy, friendly people who love life and their place in it.
The city council works hard to make life better for Headland’s residents and to bring industry which provides a higher standard of living. The council realizes, however, it is not the be-all and end-all of knowledge and is open to progressive thinking and alternate means of accomplishing goals. We value the opinions of new residents and invite their participation in city matters.
Headland’s location and climate offer a perfect backdrop for business and industry. If you’re seeking a site, please contact us for information. If you’re looking toward relocating, again, you’re invited to contact us. We would consider it a privilege to assist you.
Welcome to Headland.
Hopefully you can stay for a while.
